As I said at the time, I thought it was perfect to train the crew together because we have to act as a crew when offshore and it is important that we all have confidence in each other’s abilities and knowledge. I did say to everyone beforehand that doing the training was a must, and even our professionals attended and acknowledged the benefits. Next time I would do a full day.“
